  3. The purpose of GPRIXFIX.COM is to allow you to run Accolade's "Grand
  4. Prix Circuit" from your hard disk without needing to have the "key" or
  5. master diskette in a floppy drive.  This program is *not* intended for
  6. running Grand Prix Circuit from diskette.  It has been tested with the
  7. version of the game dated 9/23/88.  GPRIXFIX may, or may not, work with
  8. other versions.

  10. Note: GPRIXFIX.COM intercepts certain diskette read requests to drive
  11. A:.  It is extremely important that you use GPRIXFIX.COM *only* as shown
  12. below.  If you should accidentally leave GPRIXFIX.COM installed when you
  13. finish using the game, and attempt to read a diskette in your A: drive,
  14. you are guaranteed to have problems!

  16. To use GPRIXFIX.COM, make a simple batch file to execute the game,
  17. containing the following three lines:

  19.           GPRIXFIX   (to install the program)
  20.           GPEGA      (or GPCGA, etc., depending on your graphics card)
  21.           GPRIXFIX   (to uninstall the program and restore the use of
  22.                       drive A:)
